Allows you to snap a picture of a business card and store it virtually on your phone. It’s also connected to Linkedin, so once the business card is saved it can search for the profile of your contact in linkedin, allowing you to be even more connected . Great app for networking, business development, client management or for keeping your business cards organized.

 

 Evernote

This app is the king of the To –do list.  You can keep track of your life through recordings, notes, pictures and categorize and organize it all.

 

 Mint

Is a financial planning and management app that allows you to track your spending, set budgets, and find out when bills are due. Especially today, with credit and debit cards can get our of hand if you ‘re not careful.

 

 LockBox

This app lets users to store and protect private notes, passwords, credit cards and numbers and PIN numbers. User data is encrypted and protected by an additional custom-created secret code.

Dropbox uses cloud technology to let you to share information across multiple devices. You can set up a Dropbox desktop folder on your PC and access and send your files—even large ones—from anywhere.

Doesn’t come cheap, but it does come with the ability to access, view, and manage Office (you can even edit Excel docs), iWork, and PDF files right from your phone. Price $9.99

 MyFitnessPal

This food/exercise diary links to your online account. We love how it learns your preferences and syncs across everything (not the case with all web/app food diaries we’ve tested, so this one’s a winner).
